We arrived on Monday and booked a flight to Paris but the airport staff told us that we could not board because there were already multiple flights. They could not tell us why so we went into the arrivals area and there were no flights.
I immediately went to speak to a booking clerk who was a business person with a customer on the same plane. She turned out to be an aviation expert. The story was interesting and she spent some time explaining why the only flights possible were with the airlines.
If you book online, a time clock will show the flight time. However, if you are flying on business hours, you will not get the flight. She told me that you need to call the airline directly. Once they have had enough time for their team to gather the tickets. Therefore, even if you book online, keep your timing quite accurate.
Flight Times
Just to clarify, I have never been to an airport where flight times were not accurate. On the day I arrived at the airport, I was told that the flights were delayed so I waited another hour to book my flight. I was forced to leave early and wait until the next day for my flight.
On arrival, I found there were empty seats which made me feel very uneasy. I was informed by the clerk that the flight was full, which is not the case.
I decided to book a second flight that same day. It is because I was told I could sit in any seat I wanted I decided to buy a ticket for the first class. In the end. I paid a small fortune for two first-class tickets, and when I got to the terminal the gate was full.
After another flight the next day and a flight to the next city, I was told that I would have to book all of my flights again. This was also not the case. I was able to see the same thing as in other airports around the world.
